The Board will make the first 15-30 minutes of each meeting open to the congregation for suggestions and questions. The meetings are typically held on the fourth Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m., in person at church. We have changed the start time to 6:15 to allow for the open portion. If you wish to speak, please submit your name and topic by noon on the prior Friday, in order to be added to the agenda.
